• LA400 and LA412 arm operators stripping the worm gear. It’s a twenty-minute fix that half the time gets misdiagnosed as a bad board.
• CSL24V slide operators tripping the obstruction sensor in hot weather. Irvine summers push 90+ degrees, and the metal on a sliding gate expands enough to change how the gate rides the track. The CSL24V’s inherent obstruction detection reads that extra drag as something in the way and reverses the gate halfway through. The fix is rarely the sensor.
